ClimaSafe Self Storage Coming to New Orleans! Our recent acquisition will provide climate controlled storage units, boat and RV parking to the New Orleans Market. The site sits on 2 Acres and will provide 544 climate controlled units of various sizes. We will have 30 units available to rent in the next 3 weeks and will be adding the rest in the coming months. The facility is located on 3021 Franklin Ave in New Orleans, Louisiana – right off I-610 and I-10.

The facility consists of

1.     Building A- 18,000sf 3-story brick office

2.     Building B- 15,000sf metal warehouse

3.     Building C- 10,500sf metal warehouse

4.     Building D- 5,000 sf metal warehouse

Project Completion

Our intention with the acquisition of this location is to develop the buildings into climate controlled self-storage units which will compromise of 45,047 in net rentable sf or 544 unit mix.  The size of the lot will also provide an opportunity for renting boat and RV spaces.
