SafeSpace Development acquired 3021 Franklin Avenue in January 2017 to bring ClimaSafe Self Storage to New Orleans.  Our intention with the acquisition of this location is to develop the buildings into climate controlled self-storage units which will compromise 45,047 in net rentable square feet or 544 units. The facility sits on 2 acres which will provide the opportunity for renting boat and RV storage.  

The facility has interstate visibility and is located near  I-610 and I-10.  The property consists of:

Building A- 18,000 square foot 3-story brick office

Building B- 15,000 square foot metal warehouse

Building C- 10,500 square foot metal warehouse

Building D- 5,000 square foot metal warehouse
